We all tend to worry a bit more than we should.

Worrying is natural but it is rarely helpful. It just adds to our stress levels. And what’s the worst thing that can happen?

And even if it does happen would worrying have stopped it happening? Life is too short to stress ourselves out with worry.

Question is, how do we stop ourselves worrying? Dale Carnegie’s book How to Stop Worrying and Start Living is a useful guide in this respect. This book is a great personal development text and it is well worth reading. I can recommend it to you.
