No amount of money will compensate for being in a poor state of health. Eat a well-balanced diet, exercise regularly and get a good night’s sleep. Obviously you can’t wrap yourself in cotton wool and there is always a balance to be struck. Challenge yourself occasionally and make sure you have some fun along the way. Bad food and your tipple of choice can be enjoyed occasionally and burning the candle at both ends won’t do too much harm as long as you don’t make a habit of it.
