Quote of the Day

How many of us spend our lives worrying about what might happen? Far too many of us I suspect. The problem is that worrying prevents us from enjoying the present and yet no amount of worrying will ever stop something happening, if it’s going to happen. If something happens, it happens and we have to deal with it. Life presents us all with challenges occasionally and we grow in character by dealing with them. However for as long as something is only a maybe then we might as well concentrate on the here and now and enjoy the present. Cross any bridges only when it’s necessary that is my philosophy.
